Next Move works best with cohorts of ten or more — a single ERG, an entire congregation, an offering for a portion of your members, an incoming class of new managers. Pricing reflects your cohort size.If a cohort under ten makes more sense for your organization right now, give us a call — we're happy to talk through what a smaller pilot could look like.

It's a small lift. Every program has a host — someone from your organization who welcomes participants and keeps things running. We provide everything the host needs: guides, videos, prompts, content. We're here to support your host as needed, every step of the way.
