Connect Your People

Your people are facing real pressure: disengagement, isolation, and the strain of constant change. What makes the difference is whether they feel connected to each other, confident in their own ability to move forward, and supported by the organization that invested in them.

Our six-week program, plus an orientation, gives your people a proven program that builds connection. Participants work in small learning groups called pods, set  individual goals that matter to them, and take small actions called micro-moves that bring them one step closer to their goal without a lot of stress. Each week,  they cycle through the Next Move Method to stay on track and keep moving forward.

Designed to Scale

Next Move is built to work for ten people or a thousand — without losing what makes it work.

Organizations bring Next Move to their people as a cohort: a full group that meets together every week at the same time and in the same place. Within each cohort, participants work inside their pods.

That means every person has a small, consistent group behind them — people who know their goal, check in on their progress, and show up for them week after week.

Why It Works

This kind of investment reaches beyond the goal itself. Organizational psychologists call this the spillover effect. The confidence people build spreads to everything they do. And those who feel truly connected and supported become more engaged with the organizations that made it possible, giving more of their time, effort, and presence. The result is people who feel more capable and more connected — to each other and to the organization that invested in them.

What We've Seen

" We brought Next Move to our ERG because we wanted our people to feel more connected — to each other and to Waymo. What we saw was exactly that. People left with a strong sense of belonging and a renewed sense of agency over their own path. "

— Anna Davda, Former HR Leader, Waymo

92% of Waymo participants reported an increased sense of social connection to aid them in making progress toward their goals.

Your Role is Simple

Every Next Move program has a host — someone inside your organization who serves as the welcoming presence for your people.

The host attends every meet-up, welcomes participants, helps people settle into their pods, and keeps things running smoothly. Next Move provides everything the host needs — all content, videos, guides, readings, and daily prompts. If any questions or issues arise, we're there to support the host. They are never on their own.
