Simple. Impactful. Low Cost.

Next Move launches with an orientation, followed by a six-week program. Each week builds on the last. A new skill is integrated, a cycle is completed, and trust within the pod grows deeper. With each passing week, participants feel more connected and less isolated. In a world that can feel hard to keep up with, that matters. Simultaneously, participants gain clarity and momentum toward a personal or professional goal that matters to them.

The weekly rhythm

Each week, the cohort comes together at the same time, online or in person. A short video introduces a new skill. From there, the cohort breaks into pods, small groups of three or four, to integrate what they just learned. Together, they cycle through the Next Move Method. Steps 1 and 2 happen during the meet-up, when the pod is together. Steps 3 and 4 happen between meet-ups. Step 4 becomes the starting point for the following week, and the cycle continues.

Between meet-ups, short weekday prompts keep participants connected to their pod and moving forward. Short readings are available for those who want them.

A micro-move is a small action that brings you one step closer to your goal without a lot of stress.

Who provides what

Next Move provides all the content: videos, guides, readings, and daily prompts. Each program has a host, someone present every week whose role is to welcome participants and keep things running smoothly. No training is required. For individuals joining a program, the host role is filled by Next Move.

How it all comes together

Real structure. A goal that each participant sets. A new skill, a four-step cycle, repeated week after week. Micro-moves that build momentum. A small group that shows up for each other. And a host, present every week, making clear that each participant's progress matters.
