our partners.

Next Move partners with organizations to build people’s capacity to navigate change, clarify priorities, and take effective action—using a structured, scalable model that strengthens engagement, connection, and forward momentum.

We work directly with institutions (nonprofit, corporate, and higher education) to integrate Next Move into professional and personal development offerings, member programs, counseling and career offices, and undergraduate and graduate classes, across corporate, nonprofit, and academic settings.

The model is designed to be both structured and flexible: participants meet weekly in small groups, while low-lift, text-based prompts and micro-actions between sessions support reflection, connection, and sustained engagement in fast-paced environments.

We can train your facilitators, human development professionals, or program team to deliver the standard Next Move Program, or we can work with you to integrate, customize, and tailor Next Move to fit your specific priorities.

To date, Next Move has been customized for a wide range of partner organizations. For example, it has been integrated into a first-year honors seminar at Cal Poly Pomona, offered to members of a women’s ERG at Waymo, and embedded into the first year of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business Health Sector Management MBA program—where it was facilitated by second-year students and later adapted for remote delivery during the pandemic to help sustain connection and well-being. At Saint Mary’s College of California, Next Move has been tailored and offered across multiple parts of the institution, including undergraduate and graduate programs, counseling services, mission-driven initiatives, a for-credit Jan Term course, and most recently as a leadership development program for professional and administrative staff.
